You still there? Good, I’ll continue! Yet another productivity sapping problem has hit the UK (according to moneysupermarket.com – hey that site makes me WILF). OK, OK, what exactly is Wilfing? Wilf stands for “What Was I Looking For”, it’s the act of getting distracted and wandering off to another website, despite actually going online for a specific reason. Are you still here? Expense, Expense Expense
It would appear that (according to Travelodge) that Â£1bn of fraudulent expense claims happen every year, and are committed by some 22% of workers (or 6.3 million people!!). The regulars are all on the list: Clothes Alcohol Adult Films But some of the odder ones include: Neutering a cat A Caribbean Cruise A pregnancy kit! I for one would love to see the whole list, I’ll bet it’s hilarious!!!
