   This weekend project of making a USB Motion detector, interesting to say the least. I wonder how it can be utilized. Perhaps the machine should take a screenshot of the “intruder” once it locks up.

   That would be an excellent idea, however I’d like to point you to my commenting policy #2, this is a dofollow blog (after 24 hours of the link being up), but we do not allow keywords in the name field – although you may have been told this will get you more traffic using your real name will get you viewed more favourably and people will therefore be more likely to click through to your site!

   If it took a picture of the person then sent it to an email address you set up for your laptop security would be amazing. It would make it easy for the police to apprehend someone if you laptop is stolen.

   What is the main different with ordinary motion detector comparing to this USB motion detector? More and more devices are now connected to USB port.
