Economy Gastronomy!

by Keiron on August 14, 2009

I’ve recommended the TV show to a few people now – so I thought I’d drop a blog post about it up here!

There have only been two episodes so far (Wednesday BBC2), but we’ve really enjoyed them and I’ve just found out they do a book…

Two top chefs Allegra McEvedy and Paul Merret have devised the Economy Gastronomy system to aid people in slashing their food bills (never a bad thing in a recession!), whilst eating better than they ever have before!

This covers people who don’t know how to cook, to those that do and don’t have time! Well worth a watch and I suspect the book is just as good.

See the iPlayer here for Episode 1

One of my favorite chefs is Allegra McEvedy. I love her style in the kitchen and of course, her recipes. I will check the Economy Gastronomy system in Amazon. Thanks Keiron :)

Hi Jennifer – if you get a chance to see this program it’s definitely worth it!

It looks like it was replaced by something else this week unfortunately, and there’s a link to the book above?

I’ve removed the link from your comment, please read the commenting policy about keyword links! Use your name and the link can remain.

I really enjoyed the show too. It’s great timing bringing it out now.
