I agree Steve!

I've reached a point now where the Droid/Milestone is a business device and the iPod touch is an entertainment device. Some things on the Android OS (such as the FaceBook app) let it down as an entertainment device at the moment.

I have and iPhone and a Blackberry. The blackberry is much better to use especially if you have to do a lot of typing. The touch screen is just to slow and difficult to use.

I guess I'm still old school with my Blackberry, man I wish I could I afford a new phone like this. There are a lot of useful things these new phones can be used for, I guess I need to get in with the times!

The Droid looks pretty cool, but I really like the HTC phones that are out now. Unfortunately my service provider doesn't support HTC phones yet so I'm stuck with a Samsung one for now, which isn't too bad either. At least it has a full keyboard.

What's my recent handset history, SPV 300 from Orange and HTC Touch Pro, I also have the iPod Touch

Certainly a lot faster than the Touch Pro in so many respects and the screen is fantastic.. It has it's quirks and is severely data hungry unless you get an app to disconnect it from Mobile Data (I have 6 or 7 email accounts configured)... I'm debating getting K-9 to IMAP IDLE them, but in the brief test I did the other day it chewed up data like there was no tomorrow!!

I've got a lot of apps that seem to autostart and like to fetch data, so I purchased startup auditor last night to put a lid on them! I don't mind waiting for it to connect when I actually want to check the BBC News on the device!

Yeah the touch 2 is my choice at the moment but still its missing something. The droid looks pretty good. Let us know how it favours to the htc counterparts.
