Good to see you have it default checked too. It's one of the few checkboxes I like to see default checked for convenience. It's indeed a handy feature though to have, makes it a lot easier to keep in track on interesting discussions and for people like me who barely use RSS it's a great way to find back that blog again they came across but lost the address off, simply check your inbox :).
