I’m Still Here!

by Keiron on December 27, 2007

Nearly a fortnight without blogging, does that mean absolutely nothing is happening in my life, or I’m too damned busy to blog - probably the latter!

As I’ve just posted at Full Time Blogger, I’ve got my motivation back post-Christmas (for sites that interest me at least - the others can be left alone until the new year!).

It’s been a busy old time the last couple of weeks, I got my 2 year all clear on Cancer (that was a comedy of errors I assure you!!), had a manic week at work, the business has been busy and to top it all someone slapped Christmas slap bang in the middle of it!!

I will eventually finish reading Getting Things Done, and find away to fit all of these things into my exceedingly busy life….

What has everyone else been doing? Have you found time to blog?

Nice post Keiron, and a good question.

I work 185 days a year as a teacher. My dad and others tell me I am so lucky to ave the nearly 3 mpnths off a year. I guess. i think I would lose it if i had to work a day more. Maybe i need to read David Allen’s book! Planning is the key to less stress. Don’t you think?

You are lucky, but what do you do with those 3 months? With 3 months now, I’d probably be upto my neck in all sorts of things trying to make a go of them so I can work for myself!

David Allen’s book is good, I’m already halfway through (my wife is further behind, but I am hogging the book), and I can see all manner of things I’d have done differently - including our wedding planning!!

Congratulations to you and your fiancee. We got married in Vegas in 2002. It was nice. Relatively cheap too.

[...] Keiron writes about getting motivation back at Christmas and reviews, briefly, an amazing book. [...]
